Are you looking for meaningful part-time work and a little extra income? RTS is seeking caring, reliable Part-Time Drivers to provide safe transportation for passengers in our community who depend on us. We are looking for drivers that can cover both AM and PM Routes for our schools and private customers.What You’ll Get

What You’ll Do
You won’t be just driving — you’ll be caring for people . As a Part-Time Driver, you’ll help provide safe, dependable transportation for:- Students that may live outside the normal bus routes
- Individuals with developmental and physical needs
- Residence of care facilities, assisted living, and similar communities
- Wheelchair transportation
- People traveling to medical appointments, hospital and doctor visits
- Safely transporting passengers to and from schools, medical appointments, and care facilities
- Assisting passengers as needed (such as entering/exiting the vehicle, securing wheelchairs, etc.)
- Following assigned routes and schedules and documenting trips as required
- Providing kind, patient, and respectful interaction with passengers and caregivers
- Maintaining a clean, safe vehicle and following all safety and compliance standards

Here’s what we need from you: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record 2+ years of driving experience Experience with route tracking systems is a plus Must pass a background check and drug screen Reliability: Our passengers and their families depend on you every day
