Commercial Plumber
We are looking for a commercial plumber!
- Direct Hire Position
- Pay: DOE, 36-46/hr
- Competitive Pay based on individuals’ experience
- $1,500 Signing bonus, after 12months of continued employment

THOROUGH BACKGROUND CHECK TO BE CONDUCTED PRIOR TO EMPLOYMENT, NO VIOLENT OR SEXUAL CHARGES ALLOWED
Job Minimum Qualifications:- Proven track record/references with at least 3 -5 years’ plumbingexperience in construction procedures, equipment and OSHAguidelines.
- Ability to read, understand and apply plumbing codes
- Ability to read, understand specifications and blueprints
- Ability to communicate and report effectively as required bycustomer or management.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of the team. Instructapprentices as needed.
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and uneven terrain
- Valid Driver’s license
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including Evenings or weekends asneeded.
- Submit to drug testing
- Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems and components; asrequired by building code and installation requirements.
- Review building Plans and specifications
- Identify required tools and special equipment
- Identity required type and size of pipe required
- Locate and mark positions for connections and fixtures
- Install supports, hangers for pipe, fixtures and equipment
- Assemble and install valves and fittings.
- Install water equipment, piping and controls
- Install Underground storm sanitary and water piping systems
- Install Fixtures (Sinks, tubs, Toilets.)
- Install Water Heaters
- Testing pipe system and fixtures for stability.
