Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Category Specialist to assist Strategic Sourcing Leaders with prospecting, relationship building and program setup with suppliers in order to uphold Cintas' value propositions. Responsibilities include executing and administering RFQ and RFP processes with suppliers in accordance with government, corporate and division policies in order to provide product consistent with, or better than, the cost and scheduler needs of Cintas; supporting Category Managers in qualifying suppliers of Cintas products either for internal or contracted manufacturing or sourced for distribution to Cintas' customers; working within the requirements of the development process and calendar of development.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma/GED
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet

Preferred

• 2 years' supply chain and/or garment experience
