Job Description

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for pulling orders for pumps and parts from various locations throughout the warehouse. This role requires adding labeling, accessories, and other materials to prepare orders for processing and packaging for shipment. The associate will assist with basic pump assembly and other tasks throughout the warehouse as required, as well as with communications during customer visits. Reporting any issues or concerns to the supervisor and maintaining a clean and organized work area are also key responsibilities.

1st Shift: 9:00am - 5:00pm - (Monday - Friday)

Responsibilities:

• Pull orders for pumps and parts from various locations throughout the warehouse.
• Add labeling, accessories, and other material to prepare orders for processing.
• Add packaging for shipment.
• Assist with basic pump assembly and other tasks throughout the warehouse.
• Assist with communications with clients during customer visits.
• Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Essential Skills:

• General labor experience.
• Previous warehousing experience.
• Ability to effectively work with other team members.
• Ability to communicate professionally with both customers and co-workers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse/manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
• Previous forklift experience is a plus but not required; certification will be provided.

Work Environment:

Experience a small, family-owned feel at a local level while being part of a global company. Work alongside about five employees on the warehouse floor in a unionized environment, with the local Teamsters. The position is first shift, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm, with overtime being rare. Union dues are $65/month, and there is a nine-month probationary period to join the union.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.16 - $19.16/hr.
