Renaissance of Richfield Assisted Living is currently seeking a full-time Universal Care Partner position to join our Team!

Responsibilities:
- Training Universal Care Partners
- Assists CP personal care tasks (as trained)
- Hygiene, ambulation, eating, dressing, toileting and shaving
- Maintains a specialized approach to responsibilities such as uniforms, start times and absenteeism
- Help with sanitation and housekeeping duties of member’s room, bathroom, and common areas
- Perform general household tasks including laundry
- Plan, prepare and monitor meals with members
- Provides assistance with walking and light exercises
- Encourages members to engage in both physical and mental exercises
- Observes changes in behavior or medical condition and report changes immediately
Requirements :
- 1 year experience required
- First Aid Certified
