Job Title: HVAC Lead Installer

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled HVAC Lead Installer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee and perform the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Installation of HVAC Systems:
   • Lead the installation of HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, ductwork, and related components.
   • Ensure installations are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with all relevant codes and standards.
2. Team Leadership and Supervision:
   • Supervise and mentor a team of HVAC installers, providing guidance, training, and support.
   • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
3. Quality Control:
   • Inspect completed installations to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations.
   • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during or after installation.
4. Safety and Compliance:
   • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
   • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including building codes and environmental guidelines.
5. Customer Service:
   • Interact professionally with clients, addressing their questions and concerns.
   • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with the installation process and outcomes.
6. Documentation and Reporting:
   • Maintain accurate records of installations, including work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered.
   • Report project progress and any challenges to supervisors or project managers.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Good physical condition and stamina.
• Valid drivers license.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or licensure in HVAC (e.g., NATE certification).
• Experience with project management or supervisory roles.
• Knowledge of advanced HVAC technologies and energy-efficient systems.

Work Environment:

• Work may be performed in various settings, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
