Vehicle Logistics Specialist

Location: Marysville, OH

Schedule: Onsite- Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Vehicle Logistics Specialist to support customer vehicle relocation services and daily operational needs. This role is responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating with internal teams and independent contractors, and ensuring accurate and timely movement of vehicles from pickup to delivery.

This is an onsite role requiring strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to maneuver vehicles safely in tight spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute customer vehicle relocation service orders with accuracy and efficiency.

• Manage order lifecycle, including data entry and updates within the CRM system.

• Serve as a communication hub between customers, PARS staff, independent contractors, and pickup/delivery contacts via email and phone.

• Ensure timely coordination of vehicle movements and resolve issues as they arise.

• Maintain compliance with all company processes and safety standards.

• Support all related logistics operations as assigned.

Requirements

• 2+ years of logistics experience, preferably involving the movement of inventory from origin to destination or a related field.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to park vehicles safely in tight or challenging spaces.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Proficiency in managing data within CRM or similar systems.

• Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in transportation, fleet operations, dispatch, or vehicle logistics.

• Experience working with independent contractors or coordinating field operations.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Marysville, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
