Working Hours: Monday to Friday Salary Range: $40,750 - $49,860 per year Receptionist Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with customers to provide exceptional service and support. As a key point of contact for our clients, you will assist in resolving inquiries and concerns, ensuring they receive the assistance they need in a timely manner. Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries over the phone, email, and chat in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Provide information about products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
• Work closely with team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
• Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and performance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm demeanor.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
