Maintenance & Rehab Repair Technician - Apartment Communities

Choice Properties is currently seeking dedicated Maintenance and Rehab Repair Technicians to join our growing team at our apartment communities in Perrysburg, Ohio. Key Responsibilities

Complete troubleshooting and repair work orders in a timely and professional manner

Perform maintenance and repairs in apartment units and common areas

Prepare and turn over vacant units for new residents

Conduct routine property inspections and preventative maintenance

Maintain and service pools and other property amenities

Perform daily upkeep of grounds and exterior property areas

Maintain an organized workshop and manage inventory/order supplies as needed

Collaborate with and report to the onsite Maintenance Supervisor

Support additional duties and special projects as assigned by management

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum 2 years of experience in general maintenance or related field

Skilled in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physically demanding work

Competency in reading/interpreting technical manuals and schematics

Strong customer service and communication skills

Self-starter with strong time management skills

Team-oriented but able to work independently

Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays

Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation

Must pass background check, drug/physical screening, and have a clear driving record
