NOW HIRING: Assembly Operators – 2nd Shift
- Painesville, Ohio$18/hour total ($16 base + $2 shift differential)
- Monday–Friday | 3:15 PM – 11:45 PM
- Overtime Available
A leading manufacturing company in Painesville is hiring dependable Assembly Operators for the 2nd shift.
This position requires flexibility, as team members are cross-trained to operate machines and perform hand-wire assembly. On the 2nd shift, employees rotate between both machine operation and wire assembly based on production needs.
Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and perform hand wire assembly
- Assemble connectors and cable assemblies
- Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions
- Perform testing, inspection, packaging, and quality checks
- Use small hand tools such as cutters, strippers, crimpers, and screwdrivers
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (ITAR requirement)
- Must pass a drug screen
- Strong hand dexterity required
- Ability to understand training provided in English
- Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Soldering experience is a plus
