As a customer service representative with Rex Sims State Farm, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. - Assist customers with policy changes and updates.

- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
