Stringer Auto Repair is hiring an experienced Automotive Service Advisor for our Reynoldsburg location . This role is ideal for a professional advisor who takes pride in delivering the best customer experience possible while managing workflow, communicating repairs clearly, and selling ethically—without pressure or gimmicks.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial greeting through vehicle delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for the customer
• Write accurate repair orders and properly document customer concerns
• Present inspection findings and repair recommendations clearly, honestly, and confidently
• Help customers make informed decisions by explaining value—not just price
• Manage car count, workflow, and scheduling to meet promised timelines
• Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Follow up on declined services and future maintenance needs
• Maintain detailed, professional documentation in the shop management system

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (required)
• Strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance
• Proven ability to build trust and deliver a high-level customer experience
• Comfortable with digital inspections and shop management software
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
