Branch Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for two (2) Branch Coordinators for this location: Materials Distribution Business + the Manf. Services Business of the plant.
This role is responsible to provide a conduit between sales personnel and warehouse supervision, assist customers, both internal and external, with various concerns. Provide administrative support to warehouse production and distribution functions. Maintain hard copy and electronic files regarding production, shipping and material certifications.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

  • Act as liaison between Sales, Purchasing and Warehouse personnel to resolve issues and problems
  • Schedule basic transportation needs and communicates with truck drivers for standard shipping
  • Keep knowledge of customer specific transportation requirements, SFC/P-copy process
  • Maintain accurate system updates for all truck loads and ensure timely processing for designated commodities.
  • Keep a thorough understanding of the work order process and deliver work orders to appropriate personnel
  • Prepare professional emails, memorandums correspondence, reports, and ad hoc documentation to support daily operations.
  • Handle a high-volume communication, clarity, accuracy and follow‑through.
  • Participate, support, and comply with all Health, Safety, Quality and lean initiatives and requirements
  • Complete all job duties in a manner that does not put him/herself or other individuals in an unsafe situation and wear all PPE (personal protective equipment) when required
  • Assist in any other duties to support the operations, as requested by supervisor or manager

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Two years of planner/scheduler work experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

  • Strong working knowledge of MASS and Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb, reach and lift up to 40 lbs.

  • Ability to read and write English and perform basic math.

  • Basic computer knowledge for data entry.

  • Strong safety mindset.

Preferred Requirements

  • One year of customer service experience.

  • Completion of, or progress toward, a two‑year degree.

Job Compensation

45K - 50K + Monthly Gainshare Incentive
