SKILLS AND TRAITS THAT HELP YOU SHINE IN THIS ROLE

• 5+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in a professional auto repair environment
• Strong communicator — you can translate a complex repair into plain English without breaking a sweat
• Comfortable owning the front counter and managing multiple customers and vehicles simultaneously
• Sales-minded but never slimy — you present recommendations with confidence and let the value speak for itself
• Detail-oriented — estimates, invoices, and customer notes are accurate because you make sure they are
• Accountable — you take ownership of outcomes, not just effort
• Process-driven — you follow the system, and you understand why it matters
• Growth-minded — you want to get better, and you're open to coaching and feedback to get there
