Workplace Exp Coordinator
We are seeking a dedicated Workplace Experience Coordinator to deliver exceptional customer service to employees and guests within a designated building. This role is crucial for maintaining a welcoming and professional environment and involves handling various administrative and event coordination tasks.
Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for all individuals entering the facility, greeting them with a friendly demeanor and issuing visitor and parking passes while adhering to security protocols.
- Answer telephone calls professionally, create presentations, and address various-sized groups, ensuring a memorable first impression.
- Arrange and confirm recreational dining and business activities on behalf of the requestor.
- Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed and coordinate workplace services, including mail, office supply services, and onboarding.
- Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers, providing solutions in a customer service-driven manner.
- Organize and manage on-site events, including securing event space, setting up and tearing down the room, and delivering supplies.
- Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures, notifying appropriate parties to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building.
- Coordinate with vendors supplying services or goods to the workplace.
- Explain detailed or complicated information within the team and follow specific directions as given by the manager.
- Perform defined duties using existing procedures to solve straightforward problems, with limited discretion.
- High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
- Effective communication skills for exchanging straightforward information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
- Front desk and administrative support experience.
The position is in-person, requiring a commitment to working Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The workplace is located in Cincinnati, and the role is not remote. The environment requires adherence to safety protocols and professional attire, with a focus on delivering world-class customer service.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Cincinnati, OH. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
