Locum Dentist - Multi-Specialty Outpatient Group Practice

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (8-hour shifts) | No Call | No Weekends.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a proficient General Dentist for a specialized 4-day coverage assignment. This role is designed for a solo practitioner comfortable managing a standard restorative schedule in a private practice setting. A primary requirement for this position is the ability to perform Posterior Root Canal Therapy (RCT) independently.
Clinical Responsibilities:
- Advanced Procedures: Must be proficient in Posterior RCT (mandatory requirement).
- Comprehensive Care: Perform all aspects of general dentistry, including hygiene checks, fillings, extractions, and root canals.
- Patient Management: Patient volume is flexible and will be adjusted based on the provider's specific comfort level and clinical pace.
- Environment: Outpatient private practice focused on high-quality restorative outcomes and patient experience.
Requirements:
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted Washington State Dental License (DDS/DMD).
- Clinical Skill: Demonstrated competency in molar endodontics (Posterior RCT).
- Certifications: Active DEA and all state-mandated certifications.
- Professional History: A clean malpractice record is required for immediate facility approval and enrollment.
