Account Executive
Seasons Best Landscaping is a leading provider of commercial and residential landscaping services, known for delivering exceptional quality and customer satisfaction. As an Account Executive, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing all aspects of the landscaping process from initial consultation through project completion. Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining high standards of service throughout the landscaping process.
- Conduct client meetings and site walk-throughs to assess needs, present enhancement opportunities, and ensure maintenance operations meet quality and safety standards.
- Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and contracts to clients, and manage work order tracking to support accurate invoicing.
- Provide horticulturally sound recommendations for site improvements and enhancements.
- Coordinate with production, accounting, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Lead monthly (or as required) site walk-throughs with clients, promptly addressing and resolving any issues to their satisfaction.
- Oversee contracted snow removal services as designated.
- Meet regularly with the Director of Sales & Business Development to review sales goals and performance metrics.
- Attend and, when required, instruct weekly training sessions to stay current with industry standards and company practices.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates in Aspire (CRM) and ensure all customer touch points are effectively managed.
- Consistently follow up on assignments within 24 hours and meet or exceed weekly performance metrics.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of landscape maintenance standards, plant materials, and installation practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Proficiency with Aspire CRM and strong general computer skills.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and demonstrate a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate motorized vehicles as required for site visits.
- Ability to work in both office and field environments, including various weather conditions and flexible hours during the landscape season (between 6:30 am and 6:30 pm, including some Saturdays).
