Lead and mentor nursing staff to deliver outstanding care
Partner with the Director of Nursing on daily operations and compliance
Provide hands-on guidance and support to staff
Shape policies, quality initiatives, and long-term care strategy
What You Bring:
Active Ohio RN license in good standing
CPR certification
1+ year of supervisory experience
2+ years recent clinical experience in long-term care
Passion for teamwork, leadership, and compassionate care
