Installation technician

Salary: $19 - 22 per hour + none

Join a team that installs the systems that protect, connect, and power the future. We're hiring Installation Technicians to work with small crews on technology installation projects across Ohio. If you have experience in Audio-Visual, Security, or Low-Voltage Systems-and you're ready to lead from the front-we want to hear from you!


Pay: $19-$22/hr + Signing Bonus + Frequent Overtime


Schedule: 4x10s with 3-day weekends available

Responsibilities:
work with crews on installation projects for AV, Security, Cameras, Access Control, Fire Alarm, HVAC Controls, and Network Cabling


Interpret technical drawings and equipment lists


Perform hands-on work: terminations, soldering, rack building, and cable management


Maintain accurate records and use project management software


Travel to various job sites (lodging + per diem provided)


Train new techs and uphold quality/safety standards


Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM


Skills:
Certified Technology Specialist (CTS)


Ohio Fire Alarm License


BICSI Certification


Education:
High School


Experience:
1-4 years


Qualifications:
1 or more years of experience in AV, security, fire alarm, or data cabling


Understanding of wiring standards and technical diagrams


Proficiency with terminations, soldering, and cable management


Willingness to travel and work flexible schedules
