Eager Enrichment is seeking a creative and enthusiastic After-School Art Instructor to lead hands-on art classes for elementary students. If you love working with children and have a passion for drawing, using 3-D media, or even clay-this is your chance to turn creativity into impact.

Location: Either Avon, Amherst, or Avon Lake; let us know which works for you!

Pay: $35 per class (classes run 1 hour); $20/hour for training (held locally in August)

Schedule: Monday-Thursday afternoons

Classes Begin: Week of September 15, 2025.

What You'll Do:

• Lead engaging art sessions for Grades K-4 using provided lesson plans and materials.
• Introduce a variety of techniques such as drawing, collage, watercolor and clay projects.
• Encourage self-expression and creative thinking in a supportive, structured setting.
• Manage classroom setup, cleanup, and positive behavior.
• Record attendance and communicate with staff as needed using mobile apps.

Who You Are:

• A creative thinker with experience working with children (formal or informal).
• Comfortable managing a small group of students (18) with positivity and structure.
• Available Monday-Thursday afternoons during the school year.
• Tech-savvy enough to use communication and scheduling apps.
• 18+ with a current, valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
