Front of the House Manager (Evening)

We're searching for an assertive, take-charge Front of House Manager for our facility who will transform our kids gym into a place where magical moments happen from the second families step through our doors. This isn't a quiet, behind-the-scenes role - this is for someone who commands positive attention and creates an atmosphere where both staff and customers feel energized and valued.

Tuesday - Thursday 4-7:30PM & Sat Mornings 9-12PM

What You'll Own:

• Complete customer-facing environment - from front desk to gym floor, you'll ensure every detail creates wow moments
• Staff leadership and culture development - work directly with our General Manager to build a team that's both professional and fun-loving
• Instant customer connection - greet families with enthusiasm, get down on kids' level, and make everyone feel truly seen
• Environmental excellence - maintain our high standards using our comprehensive facility awareness systems
• Social media storytelling - capture and share the magic happening in our gym through Instagram stories and posts
• Decision-making authority - we need someone who isn't afraid to make calls that enhance the customer experience
