Laborers & Freight, Stock & Material Movers, Hand
Shift: 3pm-11:30pm Pay: $15.97/hour
Job Summary
We are seeking dependable General Laborers to support daily production operations in a ceramic and plastic manufacturing environment. This role assists with material handling, basic machine operation, quality checks, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and interested in working in a hands-on manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the production of ceramic and plastic products
- Load and unload raw materials and finished goods
- Support basic operation of manufacturing equipment and machinery (training provided)
- Perform visual quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
- Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
- Support other departments and tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing or general labor experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
Work Environment
- Manufacturing setting with exposure to dust, heat, noise, and machinery
- Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Fast-paced, production-driven environment
