Job Brief
Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a CNC Machinist for our client. This job will be required to set-up and operate CNC machines to manufacture custom ordered tool and die components. No programming experience is required.

What’s a Typical Day Like?

• Performs variety of production functions, including but not limited to:
• Responsible for setting up and operating various computer numerically controlled machines to perform machining operations.
• Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, and adjusts machine controls required.
• Works with engineers, production personnel, programmers, or others to resolve machining problems and product issues.
• Verifies conformance of finished work-piece to specifications
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What Are the Requirements of the Job?

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum of 1 year experience on CNC mills or lathes.
• Must be familiar with and be able to use precision measuring equipment.
• Ability to move or lift to 50 lbs.
• Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
• Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
• Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Communication skills
