Tru-fit Products is looking for an accounting clerk. The position includes but is not limited to:

Accounts Payable

· Reviewing freight bills for correct billed amounts

· Processing vouchers against receivers

·Resolving quantity discrepancies

· Resolving pricing discrepancies with purchasing agents and vendors

· Processing checks

· Reconciling statements received from vendors

Skills

· Solid understanding of bookkeeping practices and accounting

· Organized and Detail oriented

· Knowledge in Excel, Outlook and accounting software

· Ability to process documents in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.
