People Architects is excited to hire for a Customer Service Representative role with a highly respected, design-driven company. As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will be answering questions, resolving issues and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The is role combines problem-solving, technical support, and product expertise to help customers make informed decisions.

Description:
- Answer customer phone calls and provide resolutions to issues/problems. typical calls cover requests or quotes, order status enquires, order delays and mis-ships, technical questions and troubleshooting installation or operating problems
- Provide customers with best advice for product selections, specifications and problems to avoid when selecting products.
- Answer customer questions by email and in Freshdesk.
- Follow up on customer questions and problems with internal resources and with the factory to ensure a timely and accurate response is given to the customer
- Interface with sales, factories and customers regarding remake orders.
- Provide customers with best advice for product selections, specifications and problems to avoid when selecting products.
- Perform other office administrative related duties as assigned.
Qualifications (required and preferred):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior customer service or support experience preferred
- Experience with technical products or manufacturing environments is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong math skills and attention to detail for accuracy when quoting and order information
- Solid problem solving skills with a professional and diplomatic approach.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and a genuine customer service-first environment.
- Proficiency with Mac computers and customer service platforms (e.g. Freshdesk)
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize task.
