West Unity, Ohio company looking for a clerical person to support their Sales and Customer Care teams. This is a part time position. 9 am to 2 Pm or 2:30 pm, Mon-Fri

Customer Service & Sales Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.00 / hour
• Part Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 09:00am to 02:30pm )

• Provide administrative support and backup to the Senior Customer Care Specialist.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.
• Greet visitors and assist with general inquiries.
• Maintain organized filing systems, including electronic and paper records.
• Prepare, format, and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence.
• Enter customer orders into company ERP systems accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with established procedures.
• Review customer purchase orders for completeness and escalate missing, inaccurate, or unclear information to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain order documentation and supporting records to ensure accurate processing and record retention.
• Support administrative aspects of order management, including data entry, documentation, and routine follow-up activities.
• Assist with copying, scanning, and document management.
• Support internal communications and announcements.
• Order and manage office supplies
• Coordinate on-site lunches.

Customer Service & Sales Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One to three years of administrative, customer service, customer care, order entry, or clerical experience required, preferably within a manufacturing, supply chain, customer service, or business environment.
• Experience utilizing ERP systems, entering customer orders, maintaining business records, and supporting cross-functional operations is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
