Pay:
- 1st Shift: $22/hr | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: $23/hr | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
We’re looking for two temporary clerical professionals to support transportation and shipping operations. Resumes required prior to onboarding.
What You’ll Do
- Route customer freight via portals, email, and manual entry
- Communicate shipment status and resolve issues
- Manage LTL, TL, and Parcel shipments
- Schedule carriers and handle Bills of Lading
- Support export orders and paperwork
- Perform general admin and filing tasks
What You Bring
- HS Diploma/GED
- 1–2 years warehouse or routing/CSR experience
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills
- Shipping/receiving or WMS experience a plus
