Document Processing Assistant (Banking)
*Onsite Contract Opportunity*
Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Document Processing Assistant (Banking) position! This is a 1 month contract opportunity and will be onsite in Wilmington Delaware. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.
Location : On-site 5 days/week in Wilmington DE
Schedule : M-F7:45 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. with ½ hour lunch possible overtime
What Youll Be Doing:
- Perform clerical functions including receiving and delivering documents photocopying and assisting Document Custodians.
- Perform data entry using Excel and internal ticketing portal.
- Assists internal and external customers with general information responses.
- Processes documents or paperwork according to standardized instructions and requiring basic knowledge of procedures.
What Youll Need to Have:
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in an office setting preferred.
- High school diploma / GED required.
- Demonstrated ability to perform fast and accurate data entry tasks.
- Intermediate comfort level with Microsoft Outlook Word Excel.
Pay Rate: $20/hr
