Entry-Level Shop Locksmith --Hands-on training

We’re expanding again and hiring a Shop Locksmith for our Springfield and Troy locations!

You’ll be joining a fun, energetic, and supportive crew that works hard, helps each other grow, and actually enjoys coming to work every day.

Duties:

- Identify and Cut Keys, Program Car keys and Fobs, Basic Rekeying of Locks
- Manage office/shop operations and answer incoming calls
- Supervise and coordinate staff/schedules/dispatch calls daily
- Maintain office files and records in an organized manner
- Handle office correspondence and communication
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate procurement of office supplies
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Oversee office budget and expenses
- Conduct regular inventory checks and order necessary supplies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

must be willing to travel to Springfield or Troy shop
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in office management or related field preferred
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
- Experience in training development is a plus
- Strong supervisory and team management skills
- Professional phone etiquette

SPRINGFIELD SHOP: 148 w Columbia st Springfield Ohio 45502

Hours:

Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM

Starting pay is no less than $15/hr, with higher rates available based on skills and experience.
