Pay Operations Associate
Job Description
Advance your career in global payroll operations with our PayOps team. You will lead US payroll processing and controls, collaborate on automation initiatives, and work closely with colleagues in the US and India.
As a PayOps Associate, you will manage the processing and validation of US payroll, ensuring compliance and accuracy. You will leverage Oracle HCM Payroll and support automation and process improvement projects, collaborating with teams in the US and India to deliver operational excellence.Job responsibilities
- Manage US payroll processing and validate payroll data for accuracy and compliance.
- Utilize Oracle HCM Payroll for payroll operations and troubleshooting.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance payroll efficiency.
- Collaborate with US and India teams to resolve payroll issues and drive best practices.
- Support automation projects using Alteryx and Pega.
- Prepare and analyze payroll reports for management and audit purposes.
- Maintain payroll documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Communicate effectively with global stakeholders.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
- Demonstrate at least 3+ years of experience in payroll or HR operations.
- Show expertise in Oracle HCM Payroll or similar payroll systems.
- Advanced Excel knowledge.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Lead process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with global stakeholders and team members.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Display working knowledge of automation tools such as Alteryx and Pega.
- Uphold confidentiality and compliance in payroll processes.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Possess experience supporting US payroll operations.
- Demonstrate knowledge of US payroll regulations and compliance.
- Show experience with payroll automation projects.
- Hold certification in payroll or HR systems.
