Pay: 15.70/hr Production Job Description:
Work as part of a team on the Pressroom and or Assembly production floor operating machinery and/or packaging automobile parts. You will be under the supervision of a shift leader and carrying out several tasks within the same shift. Below is a list of job duties that could be included but not limited to.
- Follow established safety rules and guidelines.
- Assure that work practices are within the guidelines set by OSHA standards
- Maintain a safe and clean workspace
- Follow all company rules and policies
- Bending, Lifting from 35 to 40 lbs and Standing for long periods of time
- Load and unload blanks that run through the press
- Use spot welder to weld components to stampings
- Follow all ISO requirements
- Check parts before packaging in racks/containers
- Verifies and documents quality checks
- Packing parts to get ready for shipments
- Maintain a constant visual on parts and supplies stored on the shop floor
- Assure that all products are built to the highest standard of quality
- Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Other duties as assigned
