Intellectual Disabilities Regional Director
Connections in Ohio, Inc. is a growing, 26-year-old organization committed to providing community supports to individuals with intellectual disabilities in community settings. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Intellectual Disabilities Residential Director to lead and manage multiple residential sites in Cuyahoga County. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for mentoring and coaching staff to provide high-quality services to individuals we support.
As the Residential Director, you will oversee the staffing, management, and operational success of the sites, ensuring that services are delivered effectively and in alignment with our mission. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to coach, develop, and support a team in a high-energy and challenging environment. Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and supervision to residential site managers and staff, fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented work environment.
- Mentor, coach, and develop direct reports to ensure they are equipped to provide the highest level of care and support.
- Oversee site operations, including staffing, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve operational processes and enhance service delivery for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
- Ensure that all staff members are trained and consistently meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Scheduling-On-Call responsibilities
May require assistance with emergency coverage of billable shifts
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and developing staff.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with online scheduling systems.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality services and ensuring the well-being of individuals with intellectual disabilities.
- Ability to manage a varied schedule.
- Starting salary: $55,000 per year.
