Custom Software Sales Executive
Remote - Must be in MST, CST, or EST timezones
Full Time, Benefits, Commissions = ~ ($200k/year OTE) all inclusive.
- Strongly looking for IT consulting custom services sales experience
- Who has closed $1M Custom Development Deals
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the leadership and founding team to align sales efforts with the company’s overall go-to-market strategy and positioning.
- Prospect into target accounts, build strong relationships with partners, and drive new business through strategic outreach and engagement.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and service demonstrations that effectively communicate the value of our custom software and IT solutions.
- Drive the sales process from start to finish, close new business deals, and deliver on revenue targets.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to position our solutions effectively and anticipate client needs.
- Operate with a sense of urgency, work autonomously, and ensure consistent achievement of sales goals.
- Collaborate with the technical and leadership teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients post-sale.
Requirements
- 8+ years as a top-performing sales rep selling technical solutions and/or managed services.
- Proven experience in selling to development and IT-centric buyers.
- Mentality with the ability to drive results, actively pursuing and closing new business opportunities.
- Ability to speak the language of highly technical audiences within DevOps, Cloud, Software Development, and IT services.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to engage clients and partners effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
