TRL is launching with strong operational infrastructure, community partnerships, and enrollment momentum already in motion. Now, we are seeking the right instructional partner to co-lead the vision from the classroom outward.

The Opportunity

This is a Co-Founder (Instructional Lead) role designed for an educator who is ready to:

• Step out of traditional systems
• Help build a school model from the inside
• Co-own both the impact and the growth of the organization

This is not a standard teaching position.

This is a leadership role with equity-building potential and shared financial investment .

Role Overview

The Instructional Co-Founder will lead the design and delivery of the student experience while partnering with the Founder, who is leading operations, strategy, and external growth.

You will be the heartbeat of the learning environment .

Core Responsibilities

Instructional Leadership

• Design and facilitate daily learning experiences (K–5 now, K-12 in the future, multi-age model)
• Bring inquiry and nature-based, project-driven curriculum to life
• Integrate leadership, wellness, and reflective practices into the school day
• Personalize learning pathways based on student strengths and needs

Culture & Student Experience

• Lead Resonance Circles and community-building rituals
• Foster a psychologically safe, inclusive, and empowering environment
• Support student growth academically, socially, and emotionally

Curriculum Co-Creation

• Collaborate on refining TRL’s nature-based, interdisciplinary curriculum
• Align learning experiences to standards while maintaining flexibility and creativity
• Contribute to ongoing innovation of the model

Family Partnership

• Build strong relationships with families
• Communicate student growth through narrative feedback and conferences
• Serve as a trusted guide for both students and parents

Co-Founder Expectations (Read Carefully)

This role includes shared ownership in building The Resonance Lab .

• A financial contribution or investment is required as part of joining the founding team
• Compensation will evolve as enrollment grows (startup phase structure)
• Opportunity for equity, profit-sharing, and long-term leadership stake
• This is a build-with-us role, not a plug-and-play job
