Are you a CDL-A driver in search of an OTR opportunity with competitive pay and modern equipment? Home Time: Typically out for 1-2 weeks depending on location and freight. We strive for weekly home time, though 2-week periods may occur. Our schedule runs Monday through Saturday, allowing a full 34-hour reset every Sunday.

Equipment: Our fleet is well-maintained and no older than three years, including Peterbilt 579s, International, and Freightliner models. All trucks are equipped with inverters, refrigerators, and Qualcomm systems. Drivers can take their truck and trailer home with secured parking responsibility.

No Touch Freight: All dry van loads with 70% drop-and-hook operations significantly reduce dock waiting time. Enjoy 100% no-touch freight, primarily consisting of automotive loads for efficient operations.

Pay and Miles: Average earnings of $1,350, $1,475, or $1,600 weekly depending on hiring location, with 2,500-2,800 miles weekly. Base pay is .45, .50, or .55 CPM, plus a $750 monthly performance bonus ($0.09 CPM) for achieving 8,000 safe miles each month.

Running Area: Primarily east of I-35, with dedicated drivers capable of achieving up to 3,000 miles weekly. Consistent freight lanes ensure reliable mileage and earning potential.

Benefits: Health insurance starts the first month after 60 days. We also offer vision, dental, life insurance, and a 401K program. After 90 days, you may qualify for dedicated accounts.
