Manufacturing Production Associate

Job Title: Production Associate - $19.25-21.50/hr starting pay

Job Description

As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for unloading products of various sizes, trimming excess plastic, cutting materials to specification, and coiling them into rolls. This role requires the ability to routinely lift 30-40 pounds and team lift heavier items. You will also learn sit down forklift operation.

Shifts:

1st 7am-3:30pm $19.25/hr

2nd 3pm-11:30pm $21/hr

3rd 11pm-7:30am $21.50/hr

Pay increases available upon completion of different trainings and performance evaluations!

Responsibilities

• Forklift operation for yard storage and material handling task.
• Trim excess material.
• Cut materials to specified dimensions.
• Operate hand and power tools, including sawzall, with training provided if necessary.
• Conduct packaging tasks and operate machinery.

Essential Skills

• Experience in general labor, production line, or machine operation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds routinely.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous machine operation experience is beneficial.
• Experience in plastics manufacturing is advantageous.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $21.50/hr.
