We are seeking a Senior Transportation Project Manager to grow our Transportation Engineering team in our Dublin, OH office. The successful candidate will use their expertise and technical knowledge in planning, design, QA/QC, construction, and client service to successfully execute transportation projects. ?

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the pursuit and delivery of ODOT, city, and county roadway and transportation projects.
• Develop scopes of work, fee proposals, project budgets, and schedules.
• Manage project financials, track progress, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Oversee and provide quality control for roadway, highway, and interchange design, including plans, specifications, and estimates.
• Perform and review design computations for urban and rural highways, interchanges, intersections, traffic management, and ADA-compliant infrastructure.
• Manage the preparation of planning documents, community engagement, engineering reports, plans and specifications for major and minor projects.
• Coordinate projects with clients, contractors, outside consultants, the general public, and firm staff.
• Communicate and interact with project team members, client representatives, review agencies and others as appropriate to project.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Active Professional Engineering License
• 10+ years of experience working on/leading ODOT projects
• 10+ years of experience as a PM desired
• hands-on experience using Civil 3D, OpenRoad Designer, and roadway design software is a plus.

Salary Range

120,000 - 145,000
