What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a front desk location within a financial services environment.
• Monitor lobby and reception activity, greet visitors, and help manage access control processes such as visitor check-in, badge distribution, and/or credential verification in accordance with site guidelines.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts, employees, visitors, and/or first responders as needed.
• Complete assigned reports, logs, and/or front desk documentation related to security-related activities, visitor activity, incidents, and/or daily operations.
• Answer questions, provide directions, and support a professional front desk presence that may help to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptive behavior.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
