Retail Garden Center Associate
Join a vibrant, community-focused garden center as a Retail Garden Center Associate and experience the excitement of two dynamic retail seasons. Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Restock merchandise and maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays throughout the store.
- Receive, organize, and prepare seasonal merchandise, including Christmas décor, trees, lights, wreaths, and gifts.
- Assist in building and updating displays as the store transitions from summer gardening to holiday themes.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and enjoys helping customers.
- Reliable with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in a retail environment.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shift.
- Willingness to learn and assist with a variety of tasks as needed.
