What You'll Do as a Customer Support Rep:

• Answer customer calls and serve as the first point of contact.
• Help customers with basic troubleshooting, service questions, and account updates.
• Assist with device setup and feature changes.
• Use company systems to look up information and document customer calls.
• Forward issues that require deeper troubleshooting.
• Follow up on open issues to make sure customers are taken care of.
• Explain products and services clearly and helpfully.

What We Offer Our Customer Support Rep:

• $27-$30/hour, based on experience
• Full-time Monday-Friday with one Saturday per month (40-45 hours per week)
