Our team is currently seeking Production Lead for our packaging department. We focus on safety and quality-oriented people who can demonstrate adaptability and willingness in a team- oriented fast paced work environment.

Work Schedule:

3pm to 11pm (2nd shift variable based on assigned work)

Overtime is possible and will be either 4 hours before or 4 hours after regular shift.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

  • Degree in a related field preferred and/or a minimum of 1-year previous experience in food/beverage manufacturing working in a leadership capacity is required.

  • Excellent Analytical Reasoning Skills, Math Skills, Organizational Skill

  • Must have a solid understanding of process improvement methods, and be capable of leading a team.

  • Must be able to lead by example and have the ability to allocate resources as situations change. Computer skills required include word processing and spreadsheet applications.

  • Ability to safely lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to call out defects and implement to Quality standards.

  • Achieve qualified score on job skills assessment- to be coordinated after receiving a passing interview score

  • Starting Pay $29.21/hour

  • Holidays- 10 Company Paid Holidays/year

Job Overview:

The Production Lead has primary responsibility for effective operation of packaging and processing equipment accomplished in a manner to enhance the overall performance of the plant.
