Automotive Technician – Full Time (Flat Rate)
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our team full time. This position is flat rate pay with earning potential between $25–$35 per hour , based on experience and productivity. We specialize in domestic and Asian vehicles only — no foreign/luxury European brands.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on cars and light trucks
- Complete brake, suspension, steering, engine, and electrical repairs
- Conduct inspections and identify needed repairs
- Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tires, and tune-ups
- Use diagnostic equipment and repair software efficiently
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Communicate repair findings clearly with service advisors and customers
Requirements
- Previous automotive technician experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced shop
- Own tools required
- Valid driver’s license
- ASE certifications are a plus but not required
