Located in Medina, OH Salary: $17-$65 DOE CNC Manual Machinist - Full-Time (Part-Time Considered)Medina, OH | Long-Term, Stable Opportunity Are you an experienced machinist who takes pride in precision work? Do you enjoy a small, steady shop where you can do meaningful work without the chaos of a huge facility? If so, this could be a great fit for you. A company in Medina is looking for a CNC Manual Machinist who can run, maintain, and troubleshoot manual and CNC equipment. Full-time is preferred, but we're open to part-time for the right person who can get the work done. Pay varies widely ($17-$65/hr) based on how experienced you are and how independently you can run/maintain the machines. We're open to paying top dollar for the right person. ⭐ What You'll Do
- Operate and maintain CNC and manual machining equipment
- Perform setups, adjustments, and corrections
- Troubleshoot machining or programming issues
- Produce small, precise parts such as nozzles, brackets, and fittings
- Assist with other shop tasks and projects when needed
- Communicate clearly with the team regarding progress and machine performance
- Strong manual machinist skills
- Experience with fitting, programming, adjustments, and troubleshooting
- Someone reliable, respectful, and consistent
- A person who takes pride in doing the job right
- Great attendance and punctuality
- A proactive mindset and willingness to help where needed

- Comfortable working with tools such as calipers, hand tools, gauges, measuring tape, etc.
