Job Purpose:

Designs, implements, and maintains information systems that support and drive the business. Scope ranges from business system integration through individual application administration. This individual must take an active role in fulfilling their responsibilities while also possessing a broader understanding of the company's needs. The systems supported by this role will influence business operation and decisions, so a high degree of attention to detail is expected.

Primary Work Activities:

• Administrate business applications for purchasing, quality, and sales and marketing departments.

• Oversee company network architecture, including servers, routers, and virtual machines.

• Create and maintain connections between business applications.

• Support manufacturing and product service databases and utilities.

• Design and implement data backup and security measures.

• Specify and procure computing and networking assets.

• Administrate individual productivity tools such as Microsoft products.

• Communicate and report systems status to leadership.

Required Certification:

• Infor Certified Professional with 1 - 4 years of experience

Essential Job Skills:

• Experience with data security and backup.
• Experience with business applications such as Hubspot and Jira.
• Experience with database administration.
• Experience with network architecture and administration.
• Experience with Cisco VPN and VMware.
• Experience with Google and Microsoft products.
• Experience with computer hardware specification and acquisition.
• Experience with supporting individual user applications and PC’s.
• Experience with ERP systems (Infor, SAP, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics and Sage)
