Kelly is hiring a Packer on behalf of a leading aerospace and fluid systems manufacturer in Northeast Ohio. This organization specializes in the design and production of highly engineered components used in aviation and other demanding industries.

This is a sporadic, temporary role (work available for several days or weeks at a time until the end of the year) through
December 31, 2026.

$17.50 per hour

8:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday – Friday (Hours are Flexible)

Position Overview:
In this easy, seated position, you will wrap and pack completed products for shipment or inventory, following specific packing card instructions. Most of the items are military-related, requiring strict and precise packaging. All products are cleaned for oxygen use, so wearing gloves is required at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack completed products according to detailed packing instructions
• Prepare items for shipment or inventory
• Follow all quality and safety protocols, including wearing gloves
• Maintain a clean and organized packing area

Requirements:

• Attention to detail
• Ability to strictly follow instructions
• Comfortable using gloves for all tasks
• Previous packing experience a plus, but not required

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions
