Electrical Engineer
Our client is seeking an Electrical Engineer to help build America's energy future, connecting customers to reliable energy and endless opportunity. This role requires an ABET-accredited Electrical Engineering degree and 2+ years of experience. location: New Albany, Ohio

salary: $33.33 - 43.00 per hour
work hours: 8am to 5pm
education: Bachelors responsibilities:
- Prepare, design, and review relay protection and control (P&C) settings, scopes, and deliverables for 4kV to 765kV electrical substation projects.
- Conduct area protection and short circuit fault studies, model transmission system impedances, and prepare documentation to ensure compliance with NERC P&C standards.
- Provide critical engineering support during installation and commissioning, and resolve complex protection issues by analyzing fault recorder records and interruption reports.
- Collaborate with transmission customers, interconnected companies, and internal operations teams to ensure seamless project scheduling, resource planning, and cost control.
- Evaluate transmission planning proposals and actively contribute to the development of system-wide protection standards for metering, control, and station protection applications.
