About the Role
Essity Manufacturing Professional Hygiene North America is currently seeking a Process Engineer for our manufacturing plant located in Middletown, OH.

What You Will Do
Is a Role Model for Safety
Sets, monitors and improves the processes according to Statistical Process Control methodologies
Sets and saves process settings and standards (center lining, CIL) and facilitates the application of standards/systems
Support product/material development and project implementation. Master DDS zero loss flow chart and coach teams in the application
Own technical gap analysis of area of responsibility
Lead small group activity in own technology area. Is the expert for process and technology for lines
Is responsible for continuously optimizing the production processes in a sustainable way through RCA and standardization
Is responsible for training and coaching the operation teams to improve behaviors to the defined standards and procedures.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Paper Science, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or other related engineering field preferred, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 1 year of process engineering experience required
High speed equipment experience strongly preferred
Maintenance planning or Continuous Improvement methodologies experience preferred
Project management experience preferred
Skilled in SAP or another Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Mill Execution Systems (MES);
Skilled in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to lead teams through change and improvement.
