Role details

Worksite: 1660 Campbell Street, Toledo, OH 43607
Schedule: Full-time, hourly
Supervisor: Regional Driver Manager
Pay: $30.42/hour base + bonus + benefits

About pay: The listed rate reflects our targeted base pay. Final compensation depends on location and your skills, experience, and education. We’ll review full details during hiring. Base rate excludes bonuses, benefits, pension contributions, and other incentives.

1. Start prepared: Complete pre-trip inspections and review route assignments from our dedicated dispatch team.
2. Deliver with care: Load, transfer, and unload bulk chemicals; connect hoses safely; document every step.
3. Operate by the book: Follow Company, Customer, Federal, State, and Local rules and plant procedures.
4. Finish strong: Perform post-trip inspections, communicate with the team, and head home—every night.

Qualifications

• At least two (2) years recent tractor/tanker experience
• At least one (1) year recent tanker experience
• CDL Class A with HazMat and Tanker endorsements
• Three (3) years of clean driving history
• DOT medical qualification with a current medical card
• Ability to provide proof of experience or training to safely operate Chemtrade vehicle types

Physical requirements

• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
• Occasional climbing of stairs/ladders (including vertical)
• Occasional lifting/moving up to 50 lbs
• Must be “fit for duty”
