Inventory Flow Coordinator
Own the Movement of Materials—Join NPAA as an Inventory Flow Coordinator
Do you take pride in a warehouse that runs like clockwork? Are you energized by the rhythm of pick sheets, staging lanes, and scanners—and by finding better ways to do it all? At NPAA, you’ll coordinate the flow of raw materials and finished goods so production stays on schedule and customers get what they need, when they need it.
Your Mission
Keep inventory accurate, product moving, and workspaces safe and orderly. You’ll be the link between receiving, storage, production, and shipping—helping the entire operation perform at its best.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow SOPs to ensure safe, precise material movement.
- Load and unload materials per daily priorities.
- Stage raw materials and finished goods for seamless handoffs.
- Place stock according to warehouse storage plans and layout.
- Uphold 6S: clean and maintain racking, tool boards, and warehouse equipment.
- Use daily warehouse pick sheets/lists to locate and retrieve required items.
- Scan raw materials and finished goods to their proper locations when directed.
- Report discrepancies to your direct supervisor without delay.
- Join manufacturing and operational improvement conversations.
- Attend all required company-sponsored training programs.
What It Takes
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1–3 years of warehouse or related experience.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Forklift operation skills and ability to obtain certification.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $15.81 to $23.41 hourly. Compensation for this role is negotiable based on experience and skill set.
