Product Data Analyst
Kforce has a client in Westlake, TX that is seeking a Product Data Analyst. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to analyze current systems and identify inefficiencies
- Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights and design-oriented modeling approaches
- Derive and document business requirements, rules and workflows from systems such as Informatica, Python, and PL/SQL
- Apply knowledge of dimensional, relational, and unstructured modeling strategies to support data architecture
- Partner with stakeholders across business, IT, and leadership to gather and align reporting and system requirements
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly through written, verbal, and visual formats
- Influence and motivate colleagues without formal authority, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in reporting, data analysis, and process optimizatio
- Proactively suggest improvements to reporting methods, technologies, and workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Accept ambiguity and synthesize information from multiple sources to formulate actionable insights
- Bachelor's degree required
- 6+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or product ownership.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Snowflake)
- Experience with data governance, security best practices, and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights and influence decision-making
